We ship via FEDEX. A delivery signature will be required upon delivery. If you have special delivery needs please contact us prior to ordering.

Please note that shipping charges for large and/or international orders are estimates only. We do our best to secure the best possible shipping prices on these orders. Your actual shipping charges will be calculated when the order is ready to ship.

Our products include a 1 year parts and labor warranty to the original purchaser. In addition, customers who purchase products that include software will be entitled to 1 year of technical support and software updates for the items that they have purchased. We do not offer refunds on any product that includes software so please make sure you are ordering the correct item.
