Bonus Points!

The 2008 competition season is about to kick off in a big way. This season, contestants will be required to earn 75 points in all classes in order to receive an invitation to the World Finals (October 11-12, 2008).
This year, we have added a new feature to the dB Drag Racing website that will make achieving this goal easier... Bonus Points!
When you add an upcoming event to your personal event calendar on the website, you will receive 1 bonus point for each of those events that you attend! If you are like most competitors, this can really add up over the course of a season. To take advantage of this feature, you must do the following...
- Insure your dB Drag Racing and/or Bass Race membership is current. If your membership has expired, go to the Online Store to renew.
- Go to http://www.termpro.com and click on dB Drag Racing.
- Click on the Log In menu selection button.
- Select Competitor Member and then click the Login button.
- Enter your competitor name and membership name and press the Login button.
- Click on the Event Calendar menu selection button and browse through the list of upcoming events.
- When you see an event you wish to attend, click on the link for that event. A new web page showing the details for that event will be displayed. Click on the Members Only tab.
- Click on the Add to My Calendar button. This event will now be added to your Personal Event Calendar. If you attend this event, you will receive 1 bonus point for dB Drag Racing and 1 bonus point for Bass Race (depending on which formats you compete in.) If, at a later date, you decide you wont be attending a show on your Personal Event Calendar, please remove it from your list. (Just view the event details, click on Members Only and press the Remove From My Calendar button.)
- To view your Personal Event Calendar, go back to the dB Drag Racing home page and click on the My Calendar button.
Remember, you only receive bonus points if you add an event to your Personal Event Calendar 24 hours prior to the start date of the upcoming event and you must attend and participate in the event.
Question: Why are you offering this program?
Answer: To insure accuracy of competitor names. As you may recall, the website tracks competitors by NAME. It is therefore important that competitor names be accurate to prevent multiple Stats Pages from being created. In addition, our turn-key event promoters will be able to log in and download a Term-LAB database from the website which will contain a list of all of the contestant names for their show.
We believe this is a great new addition to our list of Premium Features offered to dB Drag Racing and Bass Race members. Please take advantage now to start receiving your bonus points.
If you havent participated in dB Drag Racing for a while, you will definitely want to check out our new Class Offerings. We have new classes this year that will appeal to everyone... casual competitor and hardcore veteran alike. We hope to see you back where you belong... in the judging lanes!

PS - The bonus point feature is currently active. However, it will take a few weeks before the new Bonus column is added to the leaderboard on the website.
