dB Drag Racing Announces Date for 2002 World Finals

Post Falls, Idaho – The dB Drag Racing Association has announced that the 2002 dB Drag Racing World Finals will be returning to Nashville, TN on November 2-3, 2002.
The 2002 dB Drag World Finals will be the 4th time for us in Nashville, said Wayne Harris, president of the dBDRA. Nashville is a great place to host the event since it is centrally located for the majority of our competitors, not to mention a great city with a lot of nightlife for everyone.
Located on the ground level, the 118,675-square-foot Exhibit Hall of the Nashville Convention Center offers unlimited floor load, 27-foot ceilings, minimal column obstructions and easy set-up and break-down with drive on access through two 20-inch x 15-inch doors that lead from the underground truck ramp. Six loading docks and three freight elevators provide additional access to the main hall floor.
The open floorplan of the facility allows all dB Drag Finalists to have their own personal pit stall with an electric hook up for the duration of the event. By having all of the vehicles in the facility, it allows for competitors to open up their vehicles and show off to the spectators,” Harris remarks.
