The original purchaser of a new Term-LAB system is entitled to one year of live tech support and software updates. Customers who purchase a “used” or “second hand” Term-LAB system, or original owners who purchased the system more than one year ago will need to sign up for our maintenance plan at http://www.termpro.com/storefront/page6.asp.
To validate the status of your maintenance plan, please provide us with the following information…
- What is the serial number on the bottom of the white interface box?
- What are the first 8 digits of your 36-digit serial number?
- What is your name?
