How to obtain Term-LAB Technical Support
We are happy to provide technical support to customers who have a current maintenance plan. The original purchaser of a new Term-LAB system is entitled to one year of live tech support and software updates. Customers who purchase a “used” or “second hand” Term-LAB system, or original owners who purchased the system more than one year ago will need to sign up for our maintenance plan at http://www.termpro.com/storefront/page6.asp.
